We left behind the healthiest food in the world chasing trends. Time to go back.

For years I thought healthy eating meant oats, quinoa, protein bars and green smoothies.

I was paying expensive prices for imported health foods while completely ignoring the incredibly nutritious traditional Indian food I grew up eating.
