I Did Yoga for 15 Minutes Every Morning for 21 Days — Complete Beginner Review

  No flexibility required. No experience needed. Just 15 minutes and a mat. I want to be upfront — I am not a yoga person. I am not flexible. I cannot sit cross legged comfortably. The word yoga always made me picture advanced poses that looked physically impossible to me. But my back pain was getting worse. My stress was at an all time high. And every solution I tried was either too expensive or too time consuming. A friend suggested — "Just try 15 minutes of basic yoga every morning. YouTube has free beginner videos. Just try it for 3 weeks." I was skeptical. Very skeptical. But I tried it anyway. How I Started — Absolute Beginner I searched YouTube for "yoga for beginners India 15 minutes" and found a simple free video. I put my phone on the floor, rolled out a bedsheet as a mat and followed along. The first session was genuinely awkward. I couldn't do several poses properly. I felt stiff and uncoordinated. But I showed up the next morning anyway....
